Abstract: In this paper, the vitreous structure model of calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer and its mathematical expression are established according to the theory of "network - crystal".The glass structure factor (Ob/Yb) is proposed to calculate the glass network size.The glass structure factors of 722 samples of calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer at home and abroad were calculated by electronic computer, and the "melting point - glass structure factor" composition chart (T3-OB /Yb chart) was developed.Using this new method, the rational use of the ingredients for various phosphate ores in China has been made.Laboratory and industrial tests show that the new batching method is beneficial to the rational utilization of medium and low grade phosphate rock and some industrial wastes, and is beneficial to improving product quality and increasing profit.Through chemical analysis, polarizing microscope image, electron microscope scanning, X-ray diffraction analysis and computer analysis of a large number of factory data, the correctness of using glass structure factor in the composition of calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer was confirmed.The author believes that it is meaningful to use local resources to produce "phosphorus - potassium - trace element" compound fertilizer in many countries.Ob/Yb dosing method is helpful to the rational utilization of medium and low grade phosphate ore and insoluble low grade potassium ore widely distributed in the world.

Abstract: In this paper, according to the variation law of the measured load-deflection curve in the experimental study of the rectangular stirrup constrained reinforced concrete biased column, a simplified load-deflection curve expressed by the line of each characteristic point and the method and calculation formula for determining each characteristic point are proposed. Compared with the measured curve, the calculation formula can determine the maximum bearing capacity, ultimate bearing capacity and displacement of the biased columnDuctility coefficient is referred to.

Abstract: In this paper, the piston motion equation, volume equation, the relationship between structural parameters and thermal parameters, the cooling capacity and other equations are derived for the Stirling cycle three-space cryogenic gas engine around 15K.Stirling (Stirling) cycle, the positive cycle for the hot air engine cycle, the reverse cycle for the air conditioner cycle.Because the refrigeration temperature is about 15K, it belongs to the low temperature range, so it is also called low temperature gas machine.The Stirling cycle three-space cryogenic gas engine described in this paper is shown in FIG. 1 for the specific schematic structure.

Abstract: In this paper, the stiffness matrix of wedge bar with variable section is derived.Based on the principle of finite element displacement method, a program for calculating the reinforced concrete frame with wedge shaped variable section bar is developed by using extended BASIC language.The program can calculate frames with any geometry and support.Output on a computer;① The displacement and Angle of each node line,② the internal force of each rod end (N, Q, M),③ the beam and column section reinforcement.The program has been used in practical engineering design.

Abstract: With the deepening of structural vibration research and seismic calculation, it is necessary to find a more effective dynamic analysis method.Subspace iteration provides an effective method for dynamic calculation of spatial linkage structures with a large number of degrees of freedom.Therefore, this paper focuses on the calculation principle of subspace iteration method and its application in the seismic calculation of space truss structures.

Abstract: In 1979, our college began a comprehensive trial of teacher workload system.From 1979 to 1980, 53 teachers (accounting for 13.4% of the total number of teachers) exceeded the teaching workload, and the remuneration was more than 4,200 yuan;From 1980 to 1981, 93 teachers (accounting for 19.2% of the total number of teachers) exceeded the teaching workload, and the remuneration was more than 9,500 yuan.Through two years of practice, we believe that it is imperative to carry out the teacher workload system in colleges and universities, which has played a positive role in mobilizing teachers’ enthusiasm and strengthening the construction of teachers.
