Open Access Statement - Journal of Zhengzhou University (Engineering Science)

Journal of Zhengzhou University (Engineering Science) has been transformed into a fully open access journal since 2018. All articles in this journal are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-Non Commercial-No Derivs 4.0 ( CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 ) International License. All articles published in the journal since 2018 are open-access, available to readers on the journal’s website ( http://gxb.zzu.edu.cn/ , http://gxb.zzu.edu.cn/en/ ) free of charge immediately and permanently upon publication. Authors and readers may read, download, copy, print, search, obtain a link to the full text of the article, or use them for other legitimate purposes.

It must be maintained the authors’ names, their institutes, and the information of issues. volumes of the journal where the paper was published on, when using them. The usage is just only for the non-commercial purpose. The papers published cannot be modified or used to create derivative works.

Readers or authors can log on the official website of our journal to get the full text of the article or browse the back issue.

　　APC and Remuneration：

In order to support open access publishing, Journal of Zhengzhou University (Engineering Science) collects article publishing charge (APC), which needs to be paid by the author or his institution, fund funded projects, etc. According to statistical data from articles published in this journal, the total cost of publishing each article is approximately CNY 3,000, with a maximum of CNY 3,500. You can find the details regarding fees in the Publication Fees section. After publication, we will pay remuneration and send sample issue immediately.

2. License Agreement

Journal of Zhengzhou University (Engineering Science) uses the Creative Commons license agreement, and allows third-party users to share according to Creative Commons Attribution- Non Commercial-NoDerivs 4.0 ( CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 ) International License. Immediately after publication, the articles can be published and permanently posted on the official website of the Journal ( http://gxb.zzu.edu.cn/ , http://gxb.zzu.edu.cn/en/ ) free access (including PDF and HTML version) allows the user to read, download, copy, print, search or link to the full article, or use it for other lawful purposes. 3. Copyright Policies

Authors shall sign the Copyright Transfer Agreement and agree to transfer the assignable copyright of the article and the attached abstract, figures, tables, and any content extracted from the article, to the Editorial Department of the Journal of Zhengzhou University (Engineering Science), who shall have, but not limited to, the following rights: reproduction, distribution, online dissemination, translation, adaption, compilation, broadcast and exhibition. Permitted third party reuse of the articles published by the journal is defined by the following user license: Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). This license allows reusers to copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.

(1) The journal possess the right to review, delete and modify article.

(2) The authors agree to automatically transfer the publishing copyright, distribution right, reproduction right, online dissemination right, translation right, compiling right, producing right, exhibition right and broadcast right to Journal of Zhengzhou University (Engineering Science) after acceptance, also including rights of any forms of printed, electronic, multi-media, online publishing etc.

(3) The journal has been included and disseminated by CAJD, Wanfang, CSTJ, Chaoxing，U.S. CA, U.K. INSPEC, Russian VINITIRAN and other foreign databases, The remuneration paid by the journal includes the usage fee of paper copyright.

(4) Permitted third party reuse of the articles published by the journal is defined by the following user license: Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). This license allows reusers to copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format..

(5) The author may use all or part of the article content in his/her subsequent articles.

If the article is not ultimately published in this journal, the signed Copyright Transfer Agreement will be automatically invalidated, and the copyright of the article will still belong to the author.
