Abstract:
Abstract: Porous Co3O4 nanoplates prepared with a one-pot hydrothermal synthesis method were synthesizedby calcining the precipitates Co( CO3)0.5,( OH)·0.11H2O at 400 C for 2h.That crystal structures and mor-phologies both of the precursors and products have been characterized with X-ray diffraction ( XRD),field e-mission scanning electron microscopic ( FESEM),high-resolution transmission electron microscopic ( HR-TEM). Electrochemical properties of the Co3O4 nanoplates were carried out using cyclic voltammetry,gal-vanostatic charge-discharge measurements and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The results showedthat the porous Co3O4 nanoplates had the thickress of about 50 nm,pore sizes about 10 nm and exhibited highspecific capacitances of 707 F/g at 0.5 A/g and 547 F/g at 8 A/g. Furthermore, the specific capacitance ofthe materials was 97.4% after cycling for 1000 times.
