Abstract: 500 MPa level hot rolled steel bar of ultra-fine grains( HRBF500 steel bar) is successfully developednew-type steel of high -speed railways in Chinese metallurgical industry. HRBF500 steel bars will be used inhigh-speed reinforced, so it will be exposed to repeated loads. In view of that, the fatigue life predictions ofRC beams reinforced with HRBF$00’S are urgent to be solved. Based on ANSYS software, the fatigus life predictions of rectangular and T-section RC beams reinforced with HRBF500 were sudied and compared well withthe test results, which indicated that steel ratio , minimum fatigue load and load amplitude were the main fac.tors affecting the fatiue life. In order to promote prediction method for practcal engineering design, the simpli-fied fatigud life formulas were obtained based on comprehensive analysis of finite element calculation results. Those formulas can provide guidance for practical engineering design.

Abstract: The Hansbo’s formula for non-Darcy flow :. introduced to modify Terzaghi’s 1-D consolidation e.quation, and the modified equation is generalized to account for the consolidation case under time-dependentconstruction loadings. The dependent variable of the presented nonlinear consolidation equation is the effectivestress, and numerical analysis is performed by using the finite volume method. "Then the effects of the parame.ters of Hansbo flow and the rate of loading on the 1-D consolidation behaviors of saturated clay layers are in.vestigated. The numerical results indicate that Hansbo flow causes the more accumulation of the pore waterpressure in the construction period and delays its dissipation after construction, and the rate of setlement ofthe soil layer deereases with the inerease of the parameters of Hansbo flow, In addition, the influence of load.ing rate on the consolidation behaviors is remarkable in the construction period and at the initial stage after itseompletion of construiction.

Abstract: The 2nd Yellow River bridge in Kaifeng is a double plane prestressed concrele cable-slayed bridgewith 7 low pylons and 8 spans. "The bridge was taken as the object of study and mechanics properties analysisof it had been made by adopting finite element program Midas/eivil. The results indicate that stay cables un.dertake more vertical loads because of the bigger ratio between height of king pylons and spans of girder, sothe height and internal force of the girder sections at supporting points can be decreased effectively; the inter.nal forces and deformations of the girder display an characteristic as well as multi-span continuous beams, thewhole sections of girder are all under compressive stress basieally, axis force distribulion is uniform , the posi.tive bending moment appears at the supporting points of girder and it is larger than the hogging moment at themid-spans; the stiffness of girder is large, because the deformation of girder gives priority to the smaller upwards vertical deformation ; the king pylons only serve as a steering column for stay cables and foree in longitudinal direction is smaller, the displacements at the top of pylons in the longitudinal direction of bridge is sosmall that in scale of medium spans, the scheme of low pylons cahle-stayed bridge can sovle the problem olstiflmess of multi-span cable-stayed bridge; The tension forces of cables at both sides of each pylon increasegradually from inside to outside, the force of cables of side-span is largest, and the growth of cables stress un.der live loads is very small; the bridge under asymmetric loads is disadvantageous, the stress and deformationof control section of each members are all in the range of the standard of criterion and have great safety stor.age, the structure of bridge is reasonable under loadg.

Abstract: The composting experiment was conducted using spent mushroom dreg and cow dung. lts object wasto investigate the elfect of the different raw material proportions and two kinds of amendment of matured com.post and composite cellulose-degrading microbe on nitrogen trangformation during spent mushroom dreg com-posting. The samples were taken for the determination of the nitrogen morphology in the different compostingstages. The results showed that the NH,-N content in all samples inereased in the primary period, then de.creased in the decomposed period of composting. While the content of NO,-N had the opposite trend with theNH,-N content. At the end of composting, the NH,-N content declined significantly with spent mushroom dreginereasing, but the NO,-N content increased obviously with spent mushroom dreg inereasing. Both organic ni-trogen and total nitrogen decreased significantly with spent mushroom dreg increasing. The organic nitrogen in-creased by 35%6 and 47%6 , respectively , in the treatments with matured compost and composite cellulose-de-grading microbe. Meanwhile, the total nitrogen increased by 28%6 and 41% , respectively. These results dem.onstrated that the inoculation of microbe would be beneficial to the formation of the organic nirogen in themushroom dreg composting.

Abstract: The facultative biodegradation performance of reactive dyestulis is studied by using different concentralions glucose as co-substrate. Based on this , the facultative biodegradation performance of K-2BP under dif.ferent salt-containing condition was investigated by static test reactor. The results indicated that facultative mi.croorganisms had lower degradation rate when only K-2BP was used as the substrate, and the degradation ratewould be increased under the existence of the glucose. The glucose concentration is 800 mg/l, while the degradation rate of K-2BP is 64. 19% at 6h. However, it is detrimental to dye’s biodegradation when the glucogeconcentration is up to 1000 mg/l, the degradation rate is only about 46% , that is similar to the conditionwithout glucose. On the premise of glucose concentration 800 mg/L, when the salt concentrations are 2 g/L.5 g/L ,10 g/L. and 20 g/L. respectively, the first-order kinetics constants are 0. 10578 mg/L · h 0.04947 mgL .h 0.02869 mg/L . h and 0.022 75 mg/l. . h respectively. And the halflives were 6.99 h、14.15 h、22.55 h and 30, 21h reepectively, The reaetion rate constants decrease gradually with the increase of the salt coneentrations ,and when the salt concentration is more than 2g/l., it can restrain the facultative microorganismsdegradation of K-2BP will be restrained.

Abstract: The connection interface stregses of pin joint composed of a cylinder pin and homogeneous orthotro.pic laminate are calculated and analyzed with finite element method when the pin is pulled from the laminatehole. The model is caleulated by two steps : firstly ,ealeulating pre-stresses caused by assembly interference ofpin and plate without external loads; secondly, calculating stresses when pulling pin from the laminate resultedfrom applying displacement load. The final results show that stresses are concentrated near the pin and holeedge and display symmetrical distribution. Stresses in the radial and tangential directions change much and themaximum happens on the laminate hole edge, while stregses in the axial direction of hole centre change littleand the maximum exists on pin surface, These can offer reference for predicting regions where damages mostpossibly occur and lay the foundation for analyzing failures of orthotropic laminate.

Abstract: In this. paper, we explored an approach for recognizing human cmotional state from fused 2D-FrF’Tfealures based on Canonical Correlation Analysis ( CCA). This approach is mainly based on the correlation be-tween different orders in 2D-FrF’T. First, the visual features are extracted by 2D-FrFT, and two orders arechoser which achieve the highest recognition rate for feature fusion through CCA, Then we send the fused fea.tures into the multi-classifier based on SVM. The feasibility of the recognition approach we proposed has beentested and the experimental results sufficiently demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
