Abstract:
The main vibration direction ordering method believes that the vibration waveform in the vibration curve of the plate is unique in the main vibration direction and not unique in the other direction, so the accurate vibration curve expression of the four-sided supporting rectangular plate is established. This mode shape curve can satisfy the vibration differential equation and all boundary conditions, and also has the orthogonality of the mode shape. The existence of mode orthogonality is proved by derivation, the physical meaning of the principal oscillation direction ordering method is clarified, and the correctness of the method is theoretically explained.

Abstract:
In actual production, in order to improve production efficiency, workpieces are divided into different batch groups according to processing similarity, and different batch groups of workpieces need independent machine adjustment time when processing on a single machine. To solve this problem, taking the maximum delay of the order as the optimization goal, two solution models of 0-1 mixed integer programming and constraint programming are proposed, and the optimal solution of the two models at the scale of small and medium-sized problems is verified and compared by OPL Studio programming, and the simulation results show that the optimal solution obtained by using the constraint programming model is more effective, and the results can be used to verify the effectiveness of other heuristic algorithms.

Abstract:
Antibiotic wastewater was treated with pilot-scale anaerobic composite bed (22 m3) and cyclic activated sludge system (12 m3). When the volumetric load of anaerobic composite bed was 6.0 kgCOD/(m3d), the removal rates of SS, COD and BOD5 were 74.9%, 91.1% and 95.5%, respectively. When the sludge concentration of the cycle-cycle activated sludge system is 4000 mgMLSS/L and the sludge load is 0.4 kgCOD/(kgMLSS*d), the removal rates of SS, COD and BOD5 are 90.3%, 87.6%, 95.4%, respectively, and the effluent quality meets the national biopharmaceutical industry wastewater discharge standard (GB 8978-1996), which provides technical parameters for industrial-scale applications

Abstract:
As an important intermediate of hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS), 2-chloro-4,6-bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinyloxy)-1,3,5-triazine (CDTMTZ) is also a light stabilizer and is the basis for the synthesis of other high molecular weight light stabilizers. Through experiments, the influence of solvent, material ratio, addition method, temperature, time and other factors of different reaction stages was investigated. Through the melting point and elemental analysis of the product, it is concluded that when using water as a solvent, the material is added twice under the theoretical ratio, and the temperature of the reaction stage I. is 5~8 °C and the time is 2 h; In the reaction stage II, the temperature was 80 °C and the time was 24 h, and the CDTMTZ monohydrate was obtained, and the melting point (223.8 °C~226.4 °C) and elemental analysis results were compared with the relevant literature

Abstract:
The synthesis of p-nitroanisole from p-nitrochlorobenzene from p-nitrochlorobenzene with different molecular weights polyethylene glycol (PEG) as a phase transfer catalyst was studied, the effects of polyethylene glycol molecular weight and the number of polyoxyethylene (-OCH2CH2-) unit links (also known as average polymerization) in the molecular structure on the reaction rate were investigated, the effects of sodium hydroxide, catalyst concentration and dosage on the reaction were investigated, and the catalytic reaction mechanism of PEG phase transfer was elaborated. A suitable process condition for the synthesis of p-nitroanisole under the catalytic condition of PEG phase transfer was established, that is, the temperature was 78~80 °C, n(PCNB)∶n(CH3OH)∶n(NaOH)∶n(P EG-400)=1∶3∶3∶(0.025~0.05), and the reaction time was about 7~8 h

Abstract:
Naphthoquinone was prepared by gas-phase catalytic oxidation of naphthalene with reamed silica gel, silica aluminum gel, activated clay, silica, etc. as carriers, and the catalyst was prepared by impregnation method. Under the same process conditions, the effects of catalyst support on the yield and selectivity of naphthoquinone and the conversion rate of naphthalene were studied. The results show that the catalyst supported by specially treated silica aluminum gel, activated clay and silica has a good catalytic effect on the catalytic oxidation of naphthalene to naphthoquinone, and the yield and selectivity of naphthoquinone are ideal.

Abstract:
The roadbed on the weak foundation is often carried out by rolling construction, which may lead to the lag phenomenon of horizontal and vertical deformation stability after construction, which seriously affects the construction progress of the entire highway project. Aiming at the high-fill treatment project of soft subgrade in the Dongxihu section of Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway in Hubei Province, the engineering effect and mechanism of different treatment methods of high-fill soft foundation of expressway were analyzed through the comparison test of the post-treatment effect of small piles without sand concrete and the settlement deformation curve during the construction of lightweight material subgrade, which has certain engineering reference significance.

Abstract:
The damping, pier height and shear stiffness of the support have important influences on the dynamic behavior of the bridge, and it is of great guiding value to study their role in shock absorption and seismic design. Through the continuous bridge model shaker test, the effects of damping, pier height and supporting shear stiffness on the shock absorption performance of the model beam and pier were analyzed: the higher the pier, the more favorable it is to its own seismic resistance and unfavorable to the superstructure. The greater the shear stiffness, it is not good for the superstructure, it is also not good for the substructure, and the greater the damping, the better. The test shows that proper adjustment of damping, stiffness and pier height will reduce the vibration amplitude and disturb the regular phase during the vibration process, so as to obtain a good shock absorption effect.

Abstract:
Considering the rheological effect of soil, a mechanical model for the gradual failure of soil slope with strain softening properties is proposed by generalizing the unbalanced thrust method. This model adopts the Maxwell relaxation model to describe the change of shear strength of soil on the slip surface after local failure, and uses the time safety factor to describe the stable state of the slope, and does not have to assume that the gradual failure starts from the slope angle, so it is closer to the actual situation. Through numerical simulation, the diachronic evolution process of slope progressive failure is clearly revealed, and the law that the safety factor of slope gradually decreases with time is confirmed.

Abstract:
The stress strength factor of pavement crack tip is an important index to judge the crack propagation of crack. Using singular isoparameters and fracture mechanics theory, the single crack problem of pavement under three load simplification modes was numerically analyzed. The corresponding stress intensity factor of the crack tip was obtained by least squares regression near the crack tip, and the finite-width slats model was applied to perform numerical verification. The calculation results show that the fracture length and base modulus have a great influence on the stress strength factor of the crack tip, and the crack is easier to propagate under convex loading.

Abstract:
Drop weight deflection meter (FWD) is the most advanced pavement deflection detection equipment in the world, using FWD to detect deflection basin data can reverse calculate the modulus of the pavement structural layer, and then evaluate the pavement condition. Based on the analysis of the superiority of FWD compared with traditional deflection detection equipment Beckmann beam and the linear correlation between the two, the application technology of road construction quality control by FWD deflection detection is discussed by using SIDMOD, a modulus inverse software based on the principle of system identification, combined with specific engineering practice. Practice shows that during road construction, FWD deflection detection technology combined with the modulus inversion theory of pavement structural layer can truly reflect the actual construction quality of the road, and identify the road sections and structural layers with problems or hidden dangers in the construction quality.

In the process of developing the electricity business management information system, in view of the changeability of requirements in software development, based on software reuse technology, through object code-level reuse, class libraries, components and other methods, various reusable soft components with different "levels" are developed, and the system development is completed in the continuous creation, reuse and combination of soft components. Abstract:
Using Visual Basic 6.0 to develop the AutoCAD library management system, which can realize the unified classification management of engineering drawing libraries. Apply ActiveX Automation to call AutoCAD in the system, which can realize the online editing of AutoCAD drawings. From the perspective of programming practice, the technology of applying VB to realize AutoCAD control is briefly explained, the design ideas and functions of the management software are elaborated in detail, and the block diagram is given. Practice shows that the application of this system can simplify the management of engineering drawing library and greatly improve the efficiency of engineering drawing library management.

Abstract:
Aiming at the characteristics of liquid-solid motion and corrosion process of liquid-solid two-phase flow system, it is pointed out that the interaction between erosion and corrosion is the main factor for erosion corrosion failure of materials. Based on the interaction mechanism, the relevant mechanisms and models of flow-induced erosion and corrosion in liquid-solid two-phase flow are discussed, the importance of fluid mechanics in the erosion corrosion process is discussed, and the mutual promotion of flow and corrosion process is analyzed. Since different environmental media and materials have different corrosion mechanisms, the range of action of erosion and corrosion can be judged by the ratio of the two components of corrosion loss and erosion weight loss in erosion corrosion, so as to provide certain guidance for material selection and anti-corrosion design.

In view of the excessive vibration in the horizontal direction of the impact compactor and the frequent shaft breakage, the dynamic model of the horizontal vibration damping system of the machine is established, and the Laplace transform method is used to solve the established dynamic equation, and the analytical solution of the horizontal vibration damping system of the impact compactor is obtained, that is, the response of the additional dynamic load to the shock is a function of several main dynamic parameters.

Abstract:
Using ion exchange fiber fabric as purification material, a new type of air purifier was developed. Based on Bernoulli’s equation, the pressure distribution in the airway of the new harmful gas purifier is theoretically analyzed, and the equation reflecting the distribution of static pressure in the rectangular channel of the purification unit is established, and then the distribution of filtration speed along the path is studied, on this basis, the functional relationship between the pressure difference on both sides of the filter material and the initial velocity of the inlet of the purification unit is established, and the theoretical calculation formula of the total resistance of the purification unit and the purifier is derived, which can reflect the influence of various parameters of the purifier on the resistance, which provides a theoretical basis for subsequent research.

Abstract:
Through the extraction and coring tests of commercial concrete components with a strength range of 20~70 MPa for four ages, the pulling force and compressive strength of concrete were measured. According to the results of 4 sets of tests, the mathematical correlation model was determined, and the mathematical relationship between the pulling force of concrete and the compressive strength of concrete was established, and the correlation and error range of the obtained curve conformed to the requirements of the formulation curve specified in the specification. The test results show that the post-loading extraction method is used to detect commercial concrete and high-strength concrete, and it is suggested that the curve be used as the local strength measurement curve of the post-loading pull-out method of commercial concrete (including concrete above C38) in Zhengzhou.

Abstract:
The No. 8 inlet tower of Xiaolangdi was discretely dispersed by using the 21~2 node block unit, and the stress analysis was carried out for four different schemes of the working gate section. The calculation shows that the degree of reduction of tensile stress from scheme I to scheme III is between 4% and 5%, and the scheme II. with the largest degree of tensile stress reduction reaches 10.9%, and scheme II is the optimal prestressed anchor bundle arrangement scheme. However, as far as the prestressing scheme is concerned, the degree of tensile stress reduction is not large, and the effect of using prestressing engineering measures to reduce the tensile stress in the side wall area of the working door section is not obvious, and it is not suitable for the structure of large box-type water intake tower, and it is recommended that the design unit take other engineering measures to solve the problem of two-way tensile stress in the large area of the side wall.

Abstract:
In the actual operation of the anaerobic reactor UASB, the water distributor at the bottom of it is often blocked, resulting in uneven water distribution. In order to improve the treatment effect, according to the characteristics of the water distributor and the hydraulic calculation principle of the annular pipe network, and considering the local resistance that must be involved in the water distributor, the finite element method is used to carry out hydraulic calculation, and the shortcomings in the structure size are pointed out. Application examples show that the calculation results are reasonable and can provide a certain design basis for water treatment engineering.

Abstract:
Magnetic coupling is a new type of non-contact power transmission equipment developed in recent years, which requires stable and reliable work, economic and durable, and also requires high power transmission efficiency and low energy loss. The magnetic circuit was optimized, a cylindrical push-pull coupling system was selected, the appropriate size was determined, and the magnetic permeability and flux leakage coefficient were calculated. The calculation results show that the magnetic circuit design is reasonable, and the requirements of small magnetic resistance and minimal magnetic leakage can be achieved.

Abstract:
For the electromagnetic field field composed of different media, when the divergence source and curl source of the field on the sub-interface are not zero, the field quantity will change on both sides of the sub-interface, and the Stokes formula in the commonly used single medium region is no longer applicable. The Stokes formula in a single medium is generalized, and the multi-curved Stokes formula applicable to the multi-media region is obtained. For the electromagnetic field field composed of different media, a new derivation method for the boundary conditions of electromagnetic field is given by using the generalized multi-surface Stokes formula. The derived formula has wide applications for vector fields composed of multiple media.

Abstract:
In the method of calculating the upper and lower limits of the effective modulus of elasticity of composites, the upper and lower upper and lower limit approximations of Voigt and Reuss and the upper and lower limits of Hashin and Shtrikman are more accurate, but the Voigt-Reuss approximation usually ignores the study of anisotropic heterogeneous bodies, which is an incomplete result. Hashin and Shtrikman failed to accurately use variational calculus to study extreme conditions for strain energy. For anisotropic heterogeneous bodies, the variational method and the principle of energy extremum are used to analyze a more accurate and reasonable upper and lower limit calculation formula than the upper and lower limit approximations of Voight-Reuss and Hashin-Shtrikman.

Abstract:
In order to explore the optimal firing process of piezoelectric ceramics to improve the sample performance, the modification of Pb2.3Sr2.0(Zr95.0Ti05.0)O535 piezoelectric ceramics doped with MgO, Y0O465 and MnO3 was studied. The experiment used the traditional electronic ceramics manufacturing process to prepare a series of samples, measured the density, volume shrinkage, microhardness and insulation resistance value of some samples before polarization, and obtained that the maximum density of the sample was 6.8346 g/cm3, and the maximum volume shrinkage rate exceeded 40%.The results show that the pre-sintering temperature is more suitable at 820±20 °C, and the addition of MgO can improve the sintering performance of the sample.
