Abstract:
According to the principle of sustainable development, the goal of optimizing the allocation of regional water resources is to pursue the greatest comprehensive benefits of economy, society and ecological environment. Aiming at the problem of estimating the environmental value that must be solved in the optimal allocation of regional water resources, the concept and manifestation of environmental resource value are expounded, and the gray correlation degree method for the identification of major regional environmental resources is proposed. On this basis, the pollution consequence method for environmental value assessment in the optimal allocation of regional water resources is proposed, and the corresponding calculation formula is given. Finally, based on the atmospheric and water environment data of a city in 1999, the environmental value of the area was estimated. The results show that this method is feasible and effective.

Abstract:
Based on the generalized simple support boundary condition of the thin plate bending problem, the analytical solution of the rectangular plate is obtained for the first time by applying the superposition method by decomposing the bending problem of rectangular plate supporting rectangular plate at any point on the four straight sides under concentrated load into six basic thin plate bending problems. The typical sheet bending problem was calculated and analyzed, and good results were achieved. This result can be used as a basic solution to solve the bending problem of rectangular plate supporting at any point on the four straight sides under arbitrary loading.

Abstract:
For thicker laminates, the stress calculation results based on general higher-order theory often cannot meet the engineering requirements. The stress distribution law of laminate was analyzed by the P-type finite element method based on high-order theory. The displacement field is interpolated by the integral of the Legendre polynomial, the three-dimensional laminate problem is reduced into a two-dimensional problem by dimension reduction method, and the internal degrees of freedom of the element are condensed by static condensation, which can effectively calculate the stress distribution of the anisotropic material laminate. The results show that P-type finite elements are used to solve the problem of quadrilateral composite laminates laid in any thickness and direction.

Abstract:
From the perspective of inventory management in urban residential market, combined with the dynamic characteristics of supply and demand balance in urban residential market, with the purpose of regulating supply and demand in urban residential market supply and demand and minimizing the loss of market supply and demand imbalance, the discrete maximum value principle model of inventory regulation in urban residential market is established by using the inventory theory of economic cybernetics. The model can give the optimal supply and optimal inventory of housing in each year of the analysis period with minimal market loss when the market demand in each year of the analysis period is known. The model is used to analyze the national urban housing market. It is verified that the model has important application value for rationally planning the supply and inventory of the urban residential market in each year during the analysis period, so as to achieve the market optimization.

Abstract:
The microstructure of Al-Fe-V-Si alloy in the deposition state and hot extrusion at different temperatures was studied by optical and transmission electron microscopy, and it was found that high-density fine silicide particles were evenly distributed on the α-Al matrix, and these fine silicide particles could maintain good stability after high temperature extrusion, which played a major role in improving the high temperature performance of the alloy. Some hexagonal block phases were found in extruded alloys at temperatures of 300 °C and above, and it was analyzed that the lack of V element caused by the fluctuation of local element composition of the alloy promoted the sagittal stable transformation of metastable α-AlFeSi phase, and the existence of hexagonal block phase was the main reason affecting the high temperature performance of the alloy.

Abstract:
The research status and main problems of high-speed steel materials for composite rolls are discussed, and the research progress of centrifugal casting process, composition design of high-carbon and high-vanadium types, and analysis and control of material microstructure (including carbide and matrix type) are introduced. At present, the application research of the composition and preparation process of high-speed steel materials for composite rolls is mainly concentrated at home and abroad, while the intrinsic change law of composition-process-structure-properties of high-speed steel materials for composite rolls needs to be studied in depth, so as to facilitate stable industrial production and develop a new generation of high-speed steel materials for composite rolls suitable for China’s own characteristics.

Parallel processing technology is one of the important indicators to measure a country’s comprehensive national strength, and the desktop super parallel computer - Linux PC cluster system because of its good scalability, low cost, high performance and can obtain free Linux, PVM and MPI parallel programming environment and other advantages, so as to be particularly suitable for China’s national conditions. According to the current development of parallel processing hardware and software resources, five options for building Linux PC cluster system are proposed: Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, Myrinet, ATM and Giganet.

Abstract:
Cyclohexylamine is a widely used fine chemical product, in order to continuously improve the preparation technology of cyclohexylamine in China, briefly introduced the main preparation methods of cyclohexylamine: aniline catalytic hydrogenation, cyclohexanol vapor phase ammoniation method and cyclohexanone catalytic ammonilysis method, etc., pointing out that the future development trend will be aniline electrolytic reduction method, which is simple and has very little pollution. In addition, the research progress of the preparation of cyclohexylamine from direct ammoniation of cyclohexene is briefly introduced.

Abstract:
Nanofiltration technology is a new separation technology between ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis, and its advantage is that it can not only intercept organic molecules with molecular weight of several hundred, but also have different retention capacity for ions in different valence states. The mass transfer model of nanofiltration membrane (space charge model, fixed charge model and hybrid model, etc.) was introduced, the advantages and disadvantages of various preparation methods of polymer nanofiltration membrane were compared, the process of preparing polymer composite nanofiltration membrane by interfacial polymerization, the materials used in interfacial polymerization, the influencing factors of membrane properties and the characteristics of the method were introduced, and finally the research of nanofiltration technology would develop in the direction of new nanofiltration membrane development, integrated process development and process optimization.

Abstract:
In portfolio investment theory, investment risk is measured in terms of variance in yield, and although calculating risk measured in variance is simple, there are some strict assumptions that often do not correspond to reality. The following partial moment is used as a risk measurement index, which overcomes the deficiency of variance in theory, but the following partial moment is a complex solution for the resource allocation optimization model of the objective function, which restricts the application of the lower partial moment in practice. Aiming at the difficulty of solving the Harlow mean-lower partial moment resource allocation optimization model, the conversion form of the model is obtained through appropriate transformation, which is not only easy to solve, but also can obtain the accurate value of the lower bias moment statistic of the corresponding securities combination, which provides a simple and easy method for the application of the lower bias moment in investment analysis.

Abstract:
The Lagrange solution method of the mean-variance criterion of portfolio theory is analyzed, and it is pointed out that since the Lagrange method only gives the necessary conditions for the existence of extreme points, the solution method is used to prove that there is a defect in the existence of the portfolio with the smallest variance at a certain time of return. Taking the matrix as the analysis tool, the restriction condition is expressed in the form of a generalized inverse matrix of the solution of the linear equation system, and a new solution to the mean-variance criterion is given through the theory of the solution of the linear equation system.

Abstract:
Strategic alliance is a kind of organizational innovation of "cooperation-competition" between enterprises. In the process of the formation and operation of the strategic alliance of enterprises, the fair distribution of benefits formed after the alliance is a key issue. Taking the mechanism design of the overall benefit distribution of strategic alliance as the research object, the design mechanism of enterprise strategic alliance is discussed by using the method of "core" solution in cooperative game, and it is pointed out that the (0,1) alliance with veto power exists and wins or fails, and if the members of the alliance form a sub-alliance and the sum of the contribution of the sub-alliance member enterprises to the alliance and the alliance value is not greater than the overall alliance interest, the alliance members can be guaranteed to get satisfactory distribution results.

Abstract:
The spillway of the Zhaotai Reservoir was completed in 1970, and during operation, a penetrating crack was created near the support beam of the spillway pier. As the main building in the water conservancy hub, the reliability of the spillway itself is an important guarantee for the safety of the hub, so it is necessary to find out the cause of the crack in the spillway pier and analyze whether the gate pier running with crack is safe and stable. The nonlinear finite element analysis of the spillway pier of Zhaotai Reservoir successfully simulated the crack propagation, the causes of concrete cracking near the gate pier support beam were discussed, and improvement measures were proposed. The results of calculation and analysis have been adopted for engineering.

The bridge should have the ability to resist the action of wind, the role of wind on the bridge is not simply the static effect of the average wind, especially the long-span bridge, its flexibility is large, the design must consider the flutter, jitter, vortex vibration and other aerodynamic problems. Determining the wind load and wind resistance performance of bridges through wind tunnel model tests is the main means to study the wind resistance of long-span flexible bridges. The wind tunnel test mainly includes bridge segment model static test, segment model dynamic test, full bridge aeroelastic model test and other aspects.

Abstract:
When developing the caustic soda evaporation microcomputer control system, the membership function in caustic soda concentration fuzzy detection was discussed, and the data collected at the production site were analyzed and verified, and the fuzzy set of deviation, deviation change rate and output control amount involved in the fuzzy detection controller all conformed to the normal distribution. The practical application proves that the fuzzy detection controller of the membership function design has high accuracy for the measurement of caustic soda concentration, and the determination of the membership function provides a valuable reference for the development of microcomputer fuzzy control.

OpenGL is currently the most widely used and very high-performance 3D graphics application library. Aiming at the three-dimensional visualization of geographic information area, the implementation methods are discussed, focusing on the basics of regional three-dimensional visualization - data acquisition, and the method of visual programming using VB and OpenGL, and finally an example of regional three-dimensional visualization is given, which has certain reference value for three-dimensional visualization of geographic information system area.

The application of ground penetrating radar (GPR) in thickness detection and void identification is highlighted by examples, and continuous, fast and high-precision detection data can be obtained, which is worth promoting nationwide.

Multimedia learning software refers to the use of multimedia computer to comprehensively process and control text, graphics, images, animation, audio and video and other media information, and the multimedia elements according to the requirements, organic combination, while completing a series of random human-computer interactive operations. According to the requirements and characteristics of multimedia learning software, with the help of Authorware 5.0 and combined with the actual requirements of the water supply pipe network model simulation calculation software, the multimedia learning software of the water supply pipe network was developed. This software has diversified expression content, non-linear hypermedia information organization structure and flexible and convenient interaction mode, which helps users better understand and use water supply network software.

Abstract:
High-efficiency prestressed two-way laminated slab building cover is a new type of building cover system that is currently being studied and explored in China, which has the advantages of prefabricated and cast-in-place building covers. Combined with engineering examples, the use of this kind of building cover form instead of cast-in-place building cover, using high strength and low loose steel bar as prestressed ribs, using reasonable structural measures, to achieve the two-way force transmission of floor slab, the test shows that the integrity of high-efficiency prestressed two-way superimposed slab building cover is greatly enhanced, the bearing capacity and crack control ability are improved, and the requirements of large-span residential system such as large span, heavy load, and shape can be arbitrarily divided are met, which is an ideal building cover form in the future high-rise and large-span residential system.

Abstract:
As a regional special soil, expansive soil has the characteristics of engineering deformation of water immersion expansion and water loss contraction, resulting in unstable mechanical properties. Starting from improving the mechanical properties of expansive soil and meeting the requirements of bearing capacity and deformation of the project, the treatment mechanism for improving the mechanical properties of expansive soil is studied and summarized according to the maintenance and reinforcement project of a dangerous bridge. The post-construction test results show that the modification treatment of expansive soil by compacted grouting piles without sand concrete is scientific in theory and feasible in practice, which can provide a certain reference for similar reinforcement projects.

Abstract:
The fine-diameter steel bars used in the project are all disc circular before entering the field, and need to be straightened before use. The mechanical properties of the 400,6,8 mm diameter steel bar with a diameter of 10,400,5 mm in the newly launched HRB400(III.) grade steel bar were experimentally studied. Through the comparative analysis of the test results, it is concluded that the strength (yield strength and tensile strength) of HRB<> (III.) grade fine diameter steel bar after straightening is slightly reduced or basically flat. In terms of ductility, the elongation δ<> increased slightly, and the uniform elongation δgt decreased slightly, but the performance indicators still met the requirements of the standard specifications and had a certain surplus. In engineering applications, the influence of straightening process on the properties of HRB<> (III.) grade fine diameter steel bar can be ignored, and at the same time, uniform elongation δgt is used instead of elongation δ

Abstract:
With wet discharge fly ash, cement, aggregate and other materials, appropriate addition of admixtures and stimulants to stimulate the activity of fly ash, using molding and natural conservation to make double-free fly ash bricks, measuring the compressive strength of fly ash bricks and other indicators. By adjusting the amount of fly ash brick materials, using the orthogonal design method, a total of 9 groups of 81 specimens and test blocks with different mix ratios were tested, and the relationship between the mixing ratio of various materials and the compressive strength of fly ash bricks was found out through experiments, and the best ratio of fly ash bricks with various indicators reaching or exceeding the current compression molding and natural conservation of clay bricks was obtained.

Abstract:
606 1Al/SiCP metal matrix composites (MMC) were prepared by jet co-deposition method, and the effects of five heat treatment regimes on their microstructure and damping properties were studied. The results show that the internal consumption value of materials in different heat treatment states is basically the same at room temperature, while there are significant differences at high temperature. In the temperature range of 5 °C~100 °C, the order of damping capacity is: furnace cooling> air cooling>-270 °C quenching> as is>-70 °C quenching > water quenching; In the test temperature range (195 °C~30 °C), the modulus decreases monotonically with the increase of temperature, and increases with the increase of strain amplitude. At the same frequency, the internal friction value does not change with the amplitude of the strain.

Abstract:
The relaxation time spectrum is an important parameter to describe the viscoelastic nature of the polymer melt, which cannot be obtained directly by experiments. Based on the storage modulus and energy dissipation modulus of polymer melt, a calculation method for obtaining melt relaxation time spectrum by least squares linear regression is given. The effectiveness of the algorithm is tested by an example, the influence of relaxation time and relaxation mode selection on the calculation results is analyzed, and corresponding improvement measures are proposed.

Abstract:
Xanthan gum is a polysaccharide polymer produced by the fermentation of Monosporus xanthras. The rheological properties of xanthan gum in the fermentation process not only affect the mass, momentum and energy transfer during the fermentation process, but also affect the kinetic process and the separation and properties of the final product. The rheological characteristics of xanthan gum in SMG fermentation tank with the fermentation cycle were investigated, and the results showed that the fermentation broth at the beginning of fermentation was a Newtonian fluid, and with the extension of fermentation time, the fermentation broth was transformed into a pseudoplastic fluid with the accumulation of xanthan gum concentration, and the rheological parameters K,n could be described as a function of xanthan gum concentration p.

Abstract:
2-p-chlorobenzylpyridine was prepared by p-chlorobenzyl chloride and pyridine hydrochloride. The effects of material ratio, catalyst dosage, reaction time, reaction temperature, holding time and other factors on product yield were investigated, and the optimal process conditions were determined as follows: n(p-chlorobenzyl chloride)∶n(pyridine hydrochloride)=1.6∶1.0, m(copper chloride)∶m(pyridine hydrochloride)=15:100, reaction temperature 160~170 °C, reaction time 2 h, holding time 7 h, anhydrous pyridine addition amount of 10 ml. Under optimal reaction conditions, the yield of 2-p-chlorobenzylpyridine can reach 58.4%. The reaction system was analyzed by gas chromatography, and the effect was good.

Abstract:
An intelligent control method based on pattern recognition for humanoid variable cycle is proposed. This method imitates the operation process of the operator, changes the control cycle in time according to the dynamic characteristics of the object, and makes the control effect timely and sensitive, so it has a certain degree of intelligence, and can be used to solve some control problems that are difficult to establish the mathematical model of the object. It is applied to the simulation experiment of superheated steam temperature control system in power plant, and the results show that the proposed method has good control performance.

Abstract:
Using integrated neural network and information fusion technology, a mathematical model of line loss analysis for the structure and operation characteristics of distribution network is established. Based on the line loss analysis method of this model, the input variables are assigned to the categories through the Kohonen network, and then the line loss analysis is carried out through the confidence matrix and weight matrix. In the analysis process, the model parameters can be dynamically corrected according to the calculation data based on the operating experience and other information, so that reasonable line loss analysis results can be obtained quickly.

Abstract:
The functions of the static reactive power compensation device (SVC) are expanded, and its functional improvement in waveform recovery is analyzed. Under the assumption that the system voltage is a pure sine wave, the ideal compensation current of the static reactive power compensation device (SVC) is discussed from three aspects: theoretical analysis, online algorithm and experimental observation, and the computer simulation experimental process under normal conditions is given. Experiments show that using ideal compensation current as the output control signal of SVC has the advantages of fast response, good smooth adjustment performance and high compensation efficiency, and has certain practical value.

Abstract:
Through the analysis of the double integral A/D conversion process and its principle, combined with the characteristics of the 8031 single-chip microcomputer timing counter, a new A/D conversion circuit is designed. The hardware principle and working process of this conversion circuit are introduced in detail, and a practical hardware circuit and software design block diagram is given. Through comparative analysis, it can be seen that the performance price of this A/D conversion circuit is relatively high, the software programming is simple, and the conversion speed and accuracy are better than the general A/D conversion circuit. This design idea points out a clear direction for the upgrade of digital-to-analog converters (A/D).
