Abstract:
In order to solve the problem that the steel bar spacing is too small when the amount of steel bars in the concrete structure is large in engineering practice, a method of arranging the longitudinal stressed steel bars and reinforcing them is proposed. According to the results of 31 reinforced bonded anchoring drawing specimens, the stress performance test of 17 reinforced concrete reinforced beams was carried out, and the characteristics of bonded anchoring of reinforced beams and the main factors affecting bonded anchoring were discussed in detail, and compared with general beams. The experimental results show that the bonding and anchoring performance between steel and concrete decreases after the use of reinforcement, but the bond-slip characteristics are similar to those of general beams, and the anchoring strength and bearing capacity of the reinforced beams can be guaranteed by extending the anchoring length appropriately, so that the reinforced beams can be applied in engineering practice. The suggested formula for calculating the anchorage length of the reinforcements is given, and the calculation results are consistent with the test results

Abstract:
Using the basically simplified Navier-Stocks equation system, the flow velocity field and pressure field of hydrodynamic lubrication bearings without inertial force are obtained, and the unsteady Reynolds equation under the influence of migration inertia force is derived from the approximate initial conditions, and on this basis, the unsteady Reynolds equation is solved by using the finite element method to obtain the pressure field of the inner and outer membranes of floating ring bearings. The results show that the inertia force has a significant effect on the pressure distribution of the bearing.

Abstract:
Luhun irrigation area has been in operation for more than 10 years, and has played a huge role in the drought resistance struggle in western Yuxi, due to mass construction, the accident rate during operation is high, especially the hundreds of filled dams in the irrigation area, and the original construction quality is poor. Aiming at the local stability problem of the filled dam, the finite element method was used to calculate the seepage elements of various schemes, as well as the critical slope drop value under the condition of slope free infiltration and slope inundation, and the local stability of the filled dam was analyzed, and it was concluded that it could basically not meet the local stability requirements, mainly due to: poor construction quality, insufficient dam compactness, many cracks and penetration, so that the seepage flow rate and hydraulic slope were large, and the slope soil was washed up and unstable. The solution is to increase the compactness of the dam body through grouting and other measures, and add a filter layer or thicken the dam surface.

According to the current Chinese and American specifications commonly used in steel structure design, and combined with the actual engineering design characteristics, the design method of angle steel connection of steel structure nodes is analyzed, and the computer software for design calculation is compiled. The computer software can automatically complete the calculation of the number of bolts, the selection of angle steel type and the determination of angle length after entering simple parameters. The calculation methods and procedures have been applied in engineering practice, and the calculation results are accurate and reasonable, which has high practical application value.

Abstract:
The effects of raw material ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time and other factors on product yield were studied, and the optimal reaction conditions obtained were: the molar ratio of 2-methyl-1,4-naphthoquinone to sodium bisulfite was 1:1.5. The amount of water is 2.1 times the amount of 4-methyl-1,5-naphthoquinone; The amount of ethanol is 2.1 times the amount of 4-methyl-3,5-naphthoquinone; The reaction temperature is 55 °C; The reaction time was 1 h. Under optimal conditions, the yield of vitamin K3 was stable at more than 72.5% and the purity was stable at more than 94%. And the product was verified by infrared spectroscopy.

Deep groove ball bearings or angular contact ball bearings can be used for transmission bearing E, its diameter from light series to heavy series, the range of transmission ratio is i=2~3, if non-standard rolling bearings are used, i≤10.The maximum power transmitted by the planetary reducer depends on the product of the frictional moment of the inner ring of bearing E and the angular velocity of the A axis.

Abstract:
The experiment uses low-cost sodium silicate as raw material, and reacts with a variety of inorganic additives and a small number of organic additives to make a new composite detergent that can replace sodium tripolyphosphate by changing its composition structure. The purpose of the study is to maintain the good characteristics of silicates, while focusing on improving the ability to resist hard water and anti-agglomeration, and maintaining the good water solubility of the product. Through preliminary screening and orthogonal experiments, the dosage of each component was determined and the amplification experiment was carried out. The product CEC≈ 200mg CaO/g sample, solubility > 20×10-2g/mL water, good adsorption performance. Due to the easy availability of raw materials and simple process, it has advantages in terms of performance-price ratio.

Abstract:
A method of spatial displacement in kinematics is proposed to construct a CAD model of the scanned surface of the tool in CNC machining based on the deformable NURBS (D-NURBS) free curve, so that the original geometric curve surface has the characteristics of a physical surface, which allows designers to use many force-based tools to interactively shape and directly design the profile in a natural and predictable way. The resulting surface is easy to meet the motion and dynamics limitations of the special CNC machining machine used, and at the same time obtains a new method of toolpath design for freeform CNC machining, which combines kinematics, computer-aided geometric design and CAD/CAM technology to provide a basis for parallel geometry design and manufacturing.

Abstract:
Using organic fatty acids and diethylenetriamine as raw materials, an advanced aliphatamidamidoalkyl imidazoline compound was synthesized, and its corrosion inhibition effect on carbon steel in HCl-H2S brine system was studied by static weight loss method and potentiodynamic scanning polarization curve method. The results show that for carbon steel in HCl-H2S brine medium, the compound is a corrosion inhibitor with excellent performance, and its corrosion inhibitor efficiency increases with the increase of concentration, and is not greatly affected by temperature changes, which is a hybrid corrosion inhibitor mainly based on anodic control. The corrosion inhibitor is superior to foreign products of the same type in performance.

The structure design and improvement of this testing machine are carried out, and the grooved wheel feeding device is adopted to improve the feeding stability, and the pulse width modulation speed regulation, photoelectric speed measurement, PID automatic adjustment system control speed is adopted, so that the accuracy of impact speed and feeding speed is greatly improved. Preliminary tests show that the testing machine has stable data and reliable performance, which is suitable for erosion wear mechanism research and material wear resistance test.

Abstract:
In experimental data processing, the magnitude of the correlation coefficient is often used to express the criterion of linear fit. Through experimental illustration analysis and research, a good correlation coefficient does not necessarily mean a good straight-line fitting result, and a good linear fitting of experimental results does not necessarily mean a large correlation coefficient, indicating that the correlation coefficient should not be used as a criterion for the goodness-of-fit of experimental results. It is only meaningful if it is a regression coefficient, or when there is a variable that cannot be measured on a fixed scale.

Abstract:
Taking the preprocessing of images in the grain insect detection system as the research object, the contrast extension enhancement algorithm, neighborhood smoothing algorithm and median filtering algorithm are discussed and analyzed, and it is concluded that contrast extension enhancement can expand the dynamic range of target grayscale, neighborhood smoothing has a good effect on eliminating random noise, while median filtering is effective in removing impulse noise, and specific application examples are given. Abstract:
The stainless steel container is overpressure strengthened to improve its yield limit and design allowable stress, which can achieve the purpose of reducing the wall thickness of the container and reducing the consumption of stainless steel. According to the tensile curve and linear elastic strengthening material model of austenitic stainless steel material, the stress-strain constitutive relationship of the plastic reinforcement section of austenitic stainless steel is returned, and the calculation formula of overpressure strengthening treatment pressure of room temperature austenitic stainless steel container is derived by using thin film theory. The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical calculation values, which provides a practical and feasible design method for stainless steel containers.

Abstract:
Aiming at the complex network diagram represented by the relationship matrix, the characteristics of the elements constituting the minimum support tree are analyzed, and two methods for finding the minimum support tree are proposed: direct generation method and table operation method. The two methods do not need to make complex network diagrams, but directly generate the minimum support tree from the relationship matrix, which can effectively overcome the inconvenience of traditional methods to draw network diagrams. Through case studies, the two methods have unique features in solving the minimum support tree for complex problems.

For 22 sets of actual statistical data of per capita sales and per capita national income of light industrial products of a regional industrial bureau, the mathematical model between per capita sales and per capita national income was found by using the sum of squares of deviation as the optimal criterion, and the per capita sales predicted by the model were in good agreement with the actual per capita sales.
