Abstract:
In the Windows 95 environment, using AutoCAD’s ARX development system, combined with a complete set of classes provided by Microsoft Basic Class Library (MFC) to simplify the reuse of Windows programming, the AutoCAD ARX application was developed for the design of basic input modules in the computer-aided design of general parts of heat exchanger equipment, using object-oriented programming ideas. Abstract:
In order to improve the mechanical properties of alloy materials, the effect of melt pretreatment on the microstructure and properties of supereutectic Al-SI alloy was studied. The results show that certain melt pretreatment process conditions can not only refine the primary silicon in the eutectic Al-Si alloy, but also refine the eutectic silicon, and also improve the inhomogeneity of its microstructure, so that the mechanical properties of the alloy can be significantly improved, that is, the tensile strength σb increases by 43%~60%, the elongation δ increases by 19.5%~102%, and the hardness HB increases by 19%~26.6%.

Abstract:
The partial discharge detection signal of power transformer is analyzed to detect various disturbances at the site, and the partial discharge detection signal for computer simulation and simulation of field interference is designed, and on the basis of the introduction of wavelet and wavelet packet algorithm, the wavelet packet decomposition and reconstruction algorithm is applied to the detection problem of transformer partial discharge signal under strong carrier and radio interference, and the computer simulation of wavelet packet decomposition and reconstruction is carried out on the simulated partial discharge signal. The simulation results show that the wavelet packet decomposition and reconstruction algorithm can detect the partial discharge signal from the strong carrier and radio interference and has good performance.

The characteristics of differential and integral viscoelastic constitutive equations are compared, and the equivalence of the two is proved. Abstract:
Amorphous aluminum phosphate was reacted with ammonia at 800°C to prepare aluminum nitride with solid base catalysts with different nitrogen content, and the products were characterized by chemical analysis, specific surface determination (BET), Fourier infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results show that the nitriding product retains the high specific surface of the aluminum phosphate precursor, and there are P-NH2 groups and P-NH-Al groups in the high-temperature nitriding process, and the P-NH2 group is easier to generate than the P-NH-Al group, and with the increase of nitrogen content, the proportion of P-NH-Al group increases, and there is obvious phosphorus loss in the nitriding process. Chemical analysis showed that nitrogen was uniformly distributed in the bulk phase of the sample.

Abstract:
The numerical simulation method is proposed to study the longitudinal flow shell heat exchanger to overcome the shortcomings of the experimental research method. Using the similar theory, the numerical simulation model of the heat exchanger was determined, and the influence of the change of various structural parameters on its heat transfer and flow performance was analyzed, and the results showed that the rod arrangement between the single row of pipes, the reduction of the baffle grid spacing, and the increase of the tube bundle length-diameter ratio were all conducive to heat transfer, but at the same time, the flow resistance was also increased. The least squares method is used to further return the quasi-correlation of heat transfer and flow resistance under laminar flow of the longitudinal shell heat exchanger. It shows the significant advantages of using numerical simulation to research and develop heat exchangers.

Abstract:
According to the characteristics of CAE analysis of injection molds, a powerful finite element meshing system was developed on the basis of Delaunay triangulation method and the introduction of mesh size control function to mesh planes and surfaces with high quality. The example proves that the system can not only complete the division of the equal size triangle mesh, but also realize the division of the variable size triangle mesh, which can flexibly control the generation of triangle to meet the different needs of users.

Abstract:
The design characteristics of the claw pole type changeless motor are introduced, and the six-phase 30° phase winding is proposed to improve the torque characteristics of the motor. The internal penalty function method of Powell conjugate direction method is selected, and the effective material cost of the motor is used as the objective function to optimize the design of the claw pole without changer. The calculation results show that the effective cost of the motor is reduced by an average of 13.2%.

Abstract:
The influence of spatial constants on edge localization when the Gaussian-Laplace operator crosses the zero point to detect edges is analyzed by modern edge detectors, the theory and method of distinguishing true and false edges are discussed, and the influence of interaction between edges on edge localization is studied. Experiments show that compared with the traditional edge detection operator, the proposed method has good noise suppression characteristics and accurate positioning of edge points.

Abstract:
The chemical synthesis method of arbutin has been studied. By phase transfer catalysis, tetrabutylammonium bromide was used as a catalyst and glycoside reaction was carried out under atmospheric pressure, and the pentasylarbutin was obtained by deprotective group with a total yield of 44% (in terms of glucose), and the product structure was confirmed by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. This method is atmospheric pressure reaction, and the raw materials are easy to obtain, the operation is simple, the equipment requirements are not high, and it has certain industrial production value.

Abstract:
Using the finite element compression flexibility matrix, a displacement calculation method for multiple plates with seam load transfer capacity was established. On this basis, according to the principle of system identification, the modified Newton method is applied as the parameter adjustment algorithm to establish an inversion analysis method for the material properties of elastic foundation multi-block plate structure with joint load transfer capacity. The backcalculation results show that the method has stable convergence in the range of large modulus initial values.

Abstract:
The application of evolutionary programming (EP) in power load prediction in simulated evolutionary optimization methods was discussed, and the gene coding, fitness function and variability value were studied, and the optimization combination prediction model was introduced, which further expanded the application prospect of evolutionary planning in power system. Example calculations show that this method not only overcomes the shortcomings that gradient optimization may be trapped in the local optimal solution or difficult to converge when it is close to the optimal solution, but also eliminates the large, complex and cumbersome calculations of conventional methods, and has the advantages of global optimization, parallel processing characteristics, good versatility and strong stability. Abstract:
Rapid solidification Ni50Al50 alloy strip was prepared by spin casting, and a skeleton nickel catalyst was made after ball milling and activation treatment. Abstract:
The calculation model of high-voltage electrical equipment is established, and the specific numerical analysis of several typical high-voltage electrical equipment is carried out by applying the subspace iterative method, and the modal differences between the mechanical calculation model of rigid node system and flexible node system are compared. The calculation results show that the calculation model of high-voltage electrical equipment is more in line with the flexible node system. That is, the rotational stiffness of the connection between the porcelain casing and between the equipment and the bracket should be included in the calculation, and the results obtained can provide a reference for the seismic design of high-voltage electrical equipment.

Aiming at the problems of severe wear, unstable machining accuracy and short service life of the traditional rolling support of the electric spindle, the dynamic and static pressure floating ring support is proposed to improve the vibration resistance, rotation accuracy and reduce the production cost of the spindle system. The finite element calculation of the proposed dynamic and static pressure floating ring support is carried out, part of the static characteristics are analyzed, and an experimental research scheme is proposed, which lays a theoretical foundation for further and more comprehensive study of the spindle system.

Abstract:
In order to analyze the structural dynamic performance of an aqueduct in the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, so as to provide strong support for the engineering design, the finite element discretization of the aqueduct was carried out by using 8-node space block units. With the help of SAP 93 finite element analysis software, the modal analysis of the aqueduct under four working conditions (no water in the tank, water in the tank, no expansion joint in the aqueduct, and expansion joint in the aqueduct) and the calculation of the dynamic response time history under seismic load were carried out. The results show that in the absence of water, the frequency of each order without expansion joint is greater than the corresponding frequency of each order when there is expansion joint. The same result is true when there is water in the aqueduct. For aqueducts with the same structure, the frequency of each order in the absence of water is greater than the corresponding frequency of each order when there is water.

When the CNC code generated by the digital processing software is applied to digital machining, there is a problem of inconsistent tool trajectory, according to the characteristics of the feed position and the model boundary, the corner method recognition principle is used to identify the boundary of the model, so as to eliminate the data outside the model boundary in the digitally collected data. This method can significantly improve the efficiency of tool trajectory and digital machining efficiency by offline processing of the collected data, and the experimental results show that the method has good effect and has certain promotion value in digital machining.

Abstract:
The model of the 10,3 m<> large storage tank was simplified, and the self-vibration characteristics of the storage tank were analyzed by the finite element method, and the influence of gas capacity on the self-vibration characteristics of the storage tank was studied. The time history response of the tank under the input EL-Centro seismic wave in the x direction is calculated, and the displacement and stress distribution at different heights are observed, and the results can provide a theoretical basis for the seismic damage of the tank.

Abstract:
Through the simulated seismic shaker test of the 15-layer reinforced concrete special-shaped column diagonal brace frame structure model, the self-vibration characteristics, seismic response time history and spectral characteristics of the diagonal brace frame structure were studied, and the modeling research and theoretical calculation were carried out by using the finite element analysis program of the spatial structure. The calculation model adopts the space beam element and the space plate element, and the material characteristics are taken from the measured value. The self-resonance characteristic values of each order of the structure are obtained through modal calculation, and the dynamic response of the structure is calculated by the direct integration method. From the numerical analysis, it can be seen that the theoretical calculation is consistent with the experimental results.

In order to shorten the development cycle of embedded PLC and improve its versatility and scalability, an integrated programming environment for embedded PLC is established in C language. The programming software can complete the compilation of PLC signal definition, system settings and ladder diagram, and form a complete embedded PLC module using the data structure of the double-linked list to describe and record various information of the ladder diagram to achieve full-screen editing functions. This programming software has been successfully applied to the Russian 539 CNC profiling milling machine.
