Abstract:: One-dimensional rod-like Zn0 nanostructures were synthesized by a low-temperature hydrothermalprocess. The morphological feature and phase was detected by using x-ray diffraction and scanning electron mi-croscopy.Ine sensIuvIy or gas sensors naseg on ne Lnu nanoroas can reacn 33./ l,ana cover ana recovertime can reach up to 7 s and 9 s,respectively,for 500 × 10~6 ethanol.The selectivity of this gas sensor is alsovery well.In addition,the mechanism of gas sensing was discussed in the theory of electron liberation.
