- Cloud computing provides four deployment models:public cloud,private cloud,community cloudand hybrid cloud.Generally,resources available in a private cloud are limited,thus the cloud users have torent resources from public clouds. This requirement means that cloud users will incur extra costs.More andmore enterprises choose the hybrid cloud to deploy their applications. In the hybrid cloud,in order to mini-mize the cost of using resources,it is also important to satisfy QoS for user. Therefore,this paper proposes re-sources allocation algorithm for hybrid cloud users who want to minimize the resource cost and ensure QoS sat-isfaction. The empirical results show that resources can be allocated by our algorithm in a way that satisfiesboth the user QoS while keeping operational costs low.
