Abstract:
In this paper.we extract the low and high frequency data information of the image and divide thedata information according to their importance based on wavelet transform.Then we use the unequal error pro-tection scheme combined with the Turbo codes to protect the image data. And the results show the scheme weproposed can improve the quality of the image.
