The size of the second -phase compounds in foil stock is significantly influenced by homogenizationannealing.And the effects of homogenization anneal temperature and time on the second - phase compounds’size of 1235 alloy were investigated with optical microscope and scanning electron microscopy.The results showthat all of the skeletal a( AlFeSi) phases disintegrate into spherical particles at 530℃ for 10h in foil stock of38.6% deformation,while most stripy B. ( AlFeSi) phases convert into small rod -shaped compounds,and themicrostructure of foil stock is desirable.
