- In a practical circumstance,because the reliability of each cognitive user’s local sensing result isdifferent, the detection performance cannot be improved with the increase of the number of participating users.In consideration of the necessity of cooperation and collaboration gain, a new scheme-partner selection in coop-erative spectrum sensing based on SNR comparison is proposed. Theoretic analysis and computer simulationshow that the proposed scheme improves the detection performance and reduces the number of cognitive userswhich participate cooperative spectrum sensing at the same time,so this new scheme can improve the efficien-cy of cooperation.
