Heat transfer characteristic of absorption heat pump in absorption heat pump was experimentallystudied. Comparative experiments were conducted using the grooved pipe and the smooth pipe with differentdimensions. "The results showed that directly exporting absorption heat with heat pipe could get a good result.What is more, the film heat transfer coefficient of the grooved pipe was 2 to 3 times as much as that of smoothpipe, and the mass transfer coefficient was twice as much as that of smooth pipe. These results provided abasisfor study on absorption heat pump with compact structure and high efficiency.
