- Abstract:
- The overall structure and principle, main functional modules and implementation methods of remote monitoring and management system of engineering equipment based on GPS/GPRS technology, CAN bus and signal acquisition technology are analyzed, and the process of developing system functions using Delphi’s excellent network programming, multi-threading and data technology using object-oriented programming is emphasized, and the combination of dynamic array and pointer array is used to solve the problem of real-time communication and large data volume of real-time database system. The application of remote monitoring and management system shortens the maintenance cycle of engineering equipment, makes maintenance and management more active and convenient, so that the excavator works in the best operating condition and improves product competitiveness.
