Using the computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT6.2, the flow of the disc turbine stirring tank at different speeds was carried out by the multiple reference frame method. The flow distribution in the stirring tank was successfully simulated by using the standard K-ε turbulence model, and the power accuracy of the mixing paddle under different stirring speeds and different calculation methods was investigated. The velocity distribution and turbulent flow energy distribution in the stirring tank are given. Provide guidance to researchers in the field.
