Through a meso-model, the damage failure mechanism of masonry under monotonic compressive load is analyzed from the meso-level level, the nonlinearity and strain softening of the compressive stress-strain relationship of masonry are explained, and the damage constitutive relationship model when the masonry axis is compressed is established according to the energy principle, a class of damage function expressions is proposed, the stress-strain curve characteristic conditions and the strength value of the standard specimen are used to determine the model parameters, and the stress-strain relationship is only related to the elastic modulus of the peak point secant line of the masonry and the elastic modulus of the origin tangent. This formula can reflect the characteristics of masonry compression test, and the results are in good agreement with the existing compression results.
