Abstract:: Taking an actual management information system as the background, this paper introduces how to complete the demand analysis, design and implementation of family planning services and management information system based on Client/Server mode according to the standardized method of software engineering, and also discusses the key technologies in its system database design and system development, and some of the target systems achieved can greatly improve the efficiency of population and family planning management in the city.
