In order to determine the actual bearing capacity after the transformation, the static load test study was carried out for the force performance of the bridge erector under the two working conditions of no-load forward extension and lifting girder operation, according to the different working conditions and the most unfavorable position of the bridge erecting machine, the deformation performance of the bridge erecting machine and the force performance of different members were analyzed in detail, and the main conclusions such as the yield of the B support tie rod under the cantilever extension condition, the deformation of the bridge erecting machine was too large, and the quality of the bridge erecting machine joint needed to be improved. It provides a basis for the further improvement of the bridge erecting machine.
