In gray system theory, gray clustering decision is to generate a gray clustering matrix by analyzing and calculating the collected scattered information through the whitening function and gray clustering weights, so as to classify the research objects. Based on the application of gray clustering decision, the application of gray clustering decision in pavement performance evaluation is discussed by taking the performance evaluation of a certain section of highway asphalt pavement as an example.
