Based on the fuzzy probability and risk analysis calculation methods, the ambiguous risk problems are studied from a quantitative perspective, and the concepts and calculation models of fuzzy risk rate and fuzzy risk degree are proposed, which are applied to the practice of flood risk analysis, which is a useful supplement to the ambiguity that is difficult to deal with by existing risk analysis methods.
