Rolling bearing ball push planetary reducer is the latest type in mechanical transmission, and its outstanding feature is that rolling bearings are both supporting and transmission parts. According to the specific structure diagram of the reducer, the transmission principle, transmission ratio calculation formula, calculation criterion of maximum transmission capacity and efficiency calculation problems are analyzed. Deep groove ball bearings or angular contact ball bearings can be used for transmission bearing E, its diameter from light series to heavy series, the range of transmission ratio is i=2~3, if non-standard rolling bearings are used, i≤10.The maximum power transmitted by the planetary reducer depends on the product of the frictional moment of the inner ring of bearing E and the angular velocity of the A axis.
