- Use the synthetic high -purity Alq3 to prepare a single -layer small molecular device ITO / ALQ3 / AL. Under different working conditions, the brightness of the device is tested over time, and the effects of different vacuum, different humidity, different temperatures, and different working voltage on the work life of the device are discussed.
