- Abstract:
- In the laboratory conditions, the research on the seepage aluminum, the penetration structure and the performance of the laboratory. A series of slurry seepage aluminum technology is used to obtain different osmotic layers. X -ray derivatives, gold phase, mechanical performance and electrochemical methods are used to identify the structure and performance of the peak layer. The results show that all the infiltration structures of this process are single-phase solid-soluble soluble in aluminum in α-FE, so they are better ductile, and they are not easy to peel and crack. After the carbon steel seeps aluminum, the corrosion resistance is significantly improved. According to the experimental results, find the best aluminum technology. In addition, because this process is simple, the surface of the workpiece is very smooth after processing, and it is not limited by parts shape. Milky aluminum will be an effective way to improve carbon steel resistance.
