The reduced graphite oxide/titanium oxide (rGO-TiO2) nanocomposite sensitive material was prepared by hydrothermal method using titanium tetraisopropoxide and graphite oxide (GO); Compared with a single rGO, composite sensitive materials exhibit higher response (rGO TiO2 vs. 10 × The response of 10-6NH3 is -0.027, with rGO of -0.007, and better repeatability.
