- Abstract:
- The Auparticles were synthesizedby chemical reductionmethod andcharacterized byXRD．SEM andBET．Catalyst specific surface areareached 32．12 m2／g．Thegas diffusion electrodes were prepared by screen-printing technology．Theelectrochemical sensorswereconstructedas athree—electrode cell system．The results show that thesensors have high sensitivity up to 1．2斗A(in 0．89 ms／m3HF)tohydrogen fluoride gas，and the response andrecovery time are45 S and 15 S，respectively．Moreover，the sensors have good consis— tency of productquality，reproducibility of signal and long—term stability．The amperometric sensors are suit— able to detect the low concentration in atmosphere．
