- Abstract:
- The isolation of red pigment from Zizyphus jujubepeelwasinvestigated through static adsorption— desorption method using AB一8 type maeroporous resin．The results indicated that AB一8 type macroporous resin showed higheradsorption rate and desorption rate．Theoptimum processconditions for adsorption are as follows：adsorption mass concentration 0．8 Illrg／mL、static adsorption time 3．5 h、material liquid ratio 90：40、adsorption rate 65．6％．The process conditions for elution are as follows：gradient elution in turn with 10％．20％，⋯90％ethanol water、elution rate 98．2％．This method is easy to operate without any toxicity，smell and pollution and spend less eluent compared with other methods．It is applicable for the preliminary separa· tion of the red pigment from Zizyphus jujube peel．
