- The device uses touch screen as man-machine interface,MCU PC16F877 as the control unit to re-alize real-time data acquisition of wind pressure and hydraulic pressure of brake hose,the detection process ofthe automatic control and test results of the storage,query and print functions.Through the developing the de-tection device,the degree of brake hose test process automation and the accuracy of the test results is im-proved,the labor intensity of the maintenance personnel is reduced,the safeguard for safety. has been provid-ed. This paper introduces the design scheme of the microcomputer control brake hose testing device.
