With existing equipment of AS/RS as the main basis, this paper puts forward oplimization measuresthat can improve automation level of AS/RS , to meet the needs of normal production and achieve the core ob.jective to reduce 10% storage space. Operation results of Flexsim simulation model show the comparison be-tween optimization scheme and current scheme : the maximum utilization rate of single package depot increasesby 12. 3696 , the average utilization rate of multi-body package depot increases by 5. 32%6 , the average utiliza-tion rate of entire board depot increases by l.279% , and the safety stock needs of factory is not affected.
