Based on the periodical section models , the three-dimensional numerical simulation on inside flowand heat transfer of different structural parameters of the spiral groove tube were investigated and we obtain mi-cro-distribution of the flow velocity field and temperature field in the state of turbulence.The simulation resultsshow that with the increase of groove depth,both the heat transfer performance and resistance coefficient in-crease and with the increase of thread pitch, both the heat transfer performance and resistance coefficient de-crease.Finally,the correlation of resistance coefficient and Nusselt are presented from the simulation data.
