In order to analyze the temperature-load coupling stress of asphalt pavement under different pavement structure and material parameters, the effects of asphalt surface thickness and modulus, poor concrete base layer thickness and modulus and base joint width on the temperature-load coupling stress of asphalt pavement were analyzed by three-dimensional finite element numerical method. The results show that the thickness of asphalt surface layer and the width of base layer shrinkage have significant effects on the temperature-load coupling stress of pavement. The effect of coupling stress on the thickness and modulus of the base layer was not significant. Appropriately increasing the thickness of asphalt surface layer is very effective in preventing reflective cracks. Changing the thickness and modulus of the poor concrete base layer has little effect on preventing reflection cracks. Appropriate width of base layer shrinkage has a significant effect on delaying reflective cracks.
