The initial powder of electrolyte and electrode material of medium-temperature solid oxide fuel cell was synthesized by the method of combustion synthesis-citric acid-nitrate. The electrolyte material of the battery is Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.95(GDC), the cathode material is La0.7Sr0.3Co0.3Fe0.7O3(LSCF), and the anode material before reduction is NiO doped with Ce0.8Sm0.2O1.9(SDC). The crystal structure and reaction process of the material were analyzed by XRD and TG-DTA. Citric acid-nitrate combustion synthesis method can prepare nanoscale electrolyte and initial powder of electrode material, and the size of pH value and sintering temperature after synthesis in combustion synthesis can greatly affect the growth of grains and phase generation
