Abstract:: On the basis of molecular thermodynamic theory, a quantitative correlation model between the separation factor of fullerenes and column temperature, carbon number and mobile phase composition in high performance liquid chromatography was established, and the model was tested with C70 and C60~C96 experimental data from different sources, and the results showed that the model had wide applicability and satisfactory reliability.
