Considering the structural characteristics of the injection mold (the cavity is a slit surface and the cooling hole is elongated), the boundary integral equation for solving the three-dimensional temperature field of the injection mold is derived through the coupling of boundary equation and boundary gradient equation, and the numerical method for calculating the basic solution integral and the analytical method of high-order singular integral are given. Finally, the application of numerical analysis in cooling system design is illustrated by example.
