Telomerase is considered to be a new rake for the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors, and the synthesis of parahydroxybenzoic acid-4-β-D-2’,3’,4’,6’-tetraacetylglucoside-1-D-2’,3’,4’,6’-tetraacetylglucosate with strong inhibitory activity on telomerase has been studied. By comparing acetone method and phase transfer catalysis, it can be seen that the yield of phase transfer catalysis is higher, and the total yield of glucose can reach 21%.
