Interactive multi-objective decision-making methods and their applications

On the basis of the ELECTRE method, the idea of purpose planning and ideal point is integrated, and the distance matrix that can make the overall comparison of the index is added; An index system reflecting the coordinated and sustainable development of society, economy and ecological environment is established, and the index weight is determined by analytic hierarchy (AHP) method, and the qualitative index evaluation value is determined by collective value statistical method, which reduces the arbitrariness of decision-making and makes multi-objective decision-making and comprehensive evaluation more rigorous and orderly. The computer program i sequence is compiled in C language, which realizes the rapid calculation of multi-objective decision evaluation. In the decision-making process, decision-makers and analysts can have repeated dialogues, fully embody the characteristics of human-computer interaction, and can accept subjective and objective inputs, and can make individual and group decisions
