The extraction method of natural β-carotene was studied.β-carotene is the most important provitamin A, and vitamin A has an extremely important role in human vision and a number of physiological functions, in order to avoid the shortcomings of more side effects of products obtained by chemical synthesis on the human body, and in view of the limitations of extracting natural products from salt algae, corn gluten powder, a by-product of corn starch, is used as raw material, the appropriate extractant is selected, and natural β-carotene is extracted by extraction-chromatography to achieve higher yield. Compared with the saline algae method, this method has higher social and economic benefits.
