- Abstract:
- The high -efficiency liquid chromatography analysis method of the new generation of ninosone antibacterial antibiotics is proposed. Taking H3PO4 -NH4H2PO4 buffer solution (ionic ionic four ethyl (ammonium bromide) and methanol as the flowing phase, it successfully analyzed Positive Floxacin on the ODS column. The method of reappearing is good. The relative deviation of Vinkin is less than 0.58 %, and the recovery rate is greater than 99.30 %.
