This article establishes a mathematical model for the couplet synthetic tower reactor, and uses the actual production data of a factory to correct the model. The calculation results of the model are consistent with the actual measurement results of the synthetic tower, indicating that the mathematical model established is feasible and can be used for analysis and simulation of alcohol synthetic tower.
