- On the basis of analyzing the current status and development trend of dyeing automatic control at home and abroad, for the first time, the T-121 semiconductor temperature sensor is used for dyeing temperature control occasions, so that the temperature measurement accuracy has reached the level of similar foreign products. The single -chip dyeing process control system studied in this article adopts a fuzzy control algorithm and uses a set of solenoid valves as executing elements to achieve quasi -continuous adjustment of the temperature of the dyeing solution. Experiments have proved that this control system can be taken, the performance is stable, the temperature control error is less than ± 1.0 ° C, which can accurately reproduce the chromosomal process temperature control curve.
