- In 1979, our college began a comprehensive trial of teacher workload system.From 1979 to 1980, 53 teachers (accounting for 13.4% of the total number of teachers) exceeded the teaching workload, and the remuneration was more than 4,200 yuan;From 1980 to 1981, 93 teachers (accounting for 19.2% of the total number of teachers) exceeded the teaching workload, and the remuneration was more than 9,500 yuan.Through two years of practice, we believe that it is imperative to carry out the teacher workload system in colleges and universities, which has played a positive role in mobilizing teachers’ enthusiasm and strengthening the construction of teachers.
