1, specimen production This batch of composite beam specimens by Henan fifth construction Engineering Company for the production of components factory, in the Zhengzhou Institute of Technology Department of civil engineering structure laboratory test. The steel beam is made of 22Ia I-section steel and the slab is cast in situ concrete with a thickness of 10.5 cm.Connecting parts are made of No. 8 channel steel, 7 cm long. The span of the composite beam is 5 meters. When the composite beam is made, a relatively straight steel beam is used, buried in the ground mold, and the lower wing tip and toe of the channel steel (connector) are fillet welded to the upper wing surface of the steel beam with 42# welding rod along the length direction of the channel steel. The weld height is generally 6 millimetres
