- In this paper, the vitreous structure model of calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer and its mathematical expression are established according to the theory of "network - crystal".The glass structure factor (Ob/Yb) is proposed to calculate the glass network size.The glass structure factors of 722 samples of calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer at home and abroad were calculated by electronic computer, and the "melting point - glass structure factor" composition chart (T3-OB /Yb chart) was developed.Using this new method, the rational use of the ingredients for various phosphate ores in China has been made.Laboratory and industrial tests show that the new batching method is beneficial to the rational utilization of medium and low grade phosphate rock and some industrial wastes, and is beneficial to improving product quality and increasing profit.Through chemical analysis, polarizing microscope image, electron microscope scanning, X-ray diffraction analysis and computer analysis of a large number of factory data, the correctness of using glass structure factor in the composition of calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer was confirmed.The author believes that it is meaningful to use local resources to produce "phosphorus - potassium - trace element" compound fertilizer in many countries.Ob/Yb dosing method is helpful to the rational utilization of medium and low grade phosphate ore and insoluble low grade potassium ore widely distributed in the world.
