摘要:
论述了机械加工过程中,刀具与工件之间的平面振动--椭圆运动,可以分解为任意两个互相垂直方向上的谐振动,推导出这两个谐振动之间的相位差即是振型耦合切削颤振的诊断参数;同时以车削、镗削为例建立了机械加工工艺系统发生振型耦合颤振时的加工曲线方程,并分析了颤振对机械加工表面几何形状的影响.
Abstract:
In the process of machining, the plane vibration-elliptical motion between the tool and the workpiece is discussed, which can be decomposed into any two harmonic vibrations in the perpendicular direction of each other, and the phase difference between these two harmonic vibrations is derived as the diagnostic parameters of mode coupling cutting flutter. At the same time, taking turning and boring as examples, the machining curve equation when mode shape coupled flutter occurs in the machining process system is established, and the influence of flutter on the geometry of machining surface is analyzed.
