摘要:
通过分析螺旋锥齿轮数控加工机床机构,建立了五轴数控加工机床模型,根据前置处理生成的刀位文件(刀心坐标和刀轴矢量),利用普通数控机床的后置处理原理,推导出了螺旋锥齿轮后置处理公式,得到了机床角度分配和刀心在机床坐标系中的位置,从而为从刀具轨迹到数控代码生成提供了方法.
Abstract:
By analyzing the helical bevel gear CNC machining machine tool mechanism, a five-axis CNC machining machine tool model is established, and according to the tool position file (tool center coordinates and tool axis vector) generated by pre-processing, the helical bevel gear post-processing formula is derived by using the post-processing principle of ordinary CNC machine tools, and the machine angle distribution and the position of the tool core in the machine tool coordinate system are obtained, thus providing a method for the generation of CNC code from tool trajectory.
