摘要:
随着城市地下空间技术的快速发展,地下空间开发利用的需求日趋扩大,从而推动了基坑工程的发展。双排桩支护体系具有施工简单、抗变形能力强等诸多优点,传统的双排桩体系自重大、不能进行重复使用。为了解装配式可回收双排桩的支护能力,本文利用ABAQUS有限元软件,针对河南省郑州市某地区城中村改造计划的土地基坑开挖过程,建立了三维的新型基坑支护体系,模拟了基坑的开挖以及双排桩支护结构的支护过程,分析了双排桩桩体在不同开挖步完成后支护的变形,计算了支护结构的弯矩、剪力和应力。得出新型的装配式可回收基坑支护体系稳定性好,具有较好的应用前景。
Abstract:
As the rapid development of urban underground space technology, the demand for underground space development and utilization is expanding day by day, thus promoting the development of foundation pit engineering .The double-row pile support system has many advantages, such as simple construction and strong anti-deformation ability. To understand fabricated recycling of double-row piles supporting ability, this paper using ABAQUS finite element software, in view of the urban village reconstruction planning of Zhengzhou city, Henan province, a region land excavation process, and established a three-dimensional system of new type foundation pit supporting, to simulate the foundation pit excavation and retaining structure with double-row piles supporting process, analyzes the double row pile body under different excavation steps after the completion of supporting, the deformation of supporting structure are calculated by the bending moment, shearing force and stress. It is concluded that the support system of prefabricated recycled foundation pit has good stability and good application prospect
