介绍了“基础工程优化决策计算机咨询系统”软件的开发与研制，内容包括系统的构成、功能和相关技术。该软件可为用户对地基处理方法和基础形式进行决策时提供咨询服务，以便快速及时地作出经济合理的决策。
Abstract:
The development and development of the "Basic Engineering Optimization Decision Computer Consultation System" software, the content includes the composition, function and related technologies of the system. The software can provide consulting services for users to make decisions on foundation processing methods and basic forms in order to quickly make economic and reasonable decisions.
