摘要:
本文分析了企、事业单位计算机辅助管理系统成败的原因，提出转变观念、规范管理制度，加强人员培养是系统成功的前题。通用、应变、易维护及加强信息分析综合利用是系统的主要目标。从单机、单项应用向网络化综合管理发展是方向。
Abstract:
This article analyzes the reasons for the success or failure of the computer and institution’s computer -aided management system, proposes to change the concept and standardize the management system, and strengthen personnel training is the previous question of system success. Common utilization of general use, easy maintenance, easy maintenance and enhancement of information analysis is the main goal of the system. The development of comprehensive management from single -machine and single applications is direction.
