电机泵温升情况是影响其性能的关键。为了研究电机泵的温度分布规律,以及影响其散热性能的因素。本文以轴向柱塞式电机泵为例,根据共轭传热原理建立其三维温度场计算模型,运用有限元分析方法,仿真得到其稳定运行时的温度分布状态。结果表明,额定工况下电机泵定子区域温度最高为70.47℃,转子区域温度最高为59.6℃,高温主要集中在定子绕组区域。在此基础上,对电液泵流道结构以及定子通油孔对其温升的影响进行了分析。减小单个流道宽度以增加流道周向数量能有效增强电机泵散热性能;且当流道宽度与流道高度相等时,电机泵散热性能最差;而定子铁芯打通油孔后,电机泵定子温度比打孔前下降了4.13℃,转子温度无明显变化。
Abstract:
The temperature rise of motor pump is the key to its performance. In order to study the temperature distribution law of motor pump and the factors affecting its heat dissipation performance. This paper takes axial piston motor pump as an example, establishes its three-dimensional temperature field calculation model according to the conjugate heat transfer principle, and the finite element analysis method is used to simulate the temperature distribution state when it runs stably. The results show that the highest temperature in the stator area of the motor pump is 70.47℃ and the highest temperature in the rotor area is 59.6℃, and the high temperature is mainly concentrated in the stator winding area. On this basis, the influence of the flow passage structure of the electro-hydraulic pump and the stator oil hole on its temperature rise is analyzed. Reducing the width of single flow passage to increase the number of flow passage circumferential direction can effectively enhance the heat dissipation performance of motor pump,;and when the runner width is equal to the runner height, the heat dissipation performance of motor pump is the worst. After the stator core is opened through the oil hole, the stator temperature of the motor pump decreases by 4.13℃ compared with that before the hole is drilled, and the rotor temperature has no obvious change
