采用沉淀-浸渍法制备SO2- 4/ZrO2/USY固体酸催化剂,并考察其在乙醇介质中催化纤维素转化合成乙酰丙酸乙酯(EL)的影响因素。结果表明,400℃焙烧3 h 的质量百分数为10%的SO2- 4/ZrO2/USY催化剂表现出最佳活性,在反应温度200℃,反应时间3 h,催化剂用量为10 g/L的条件下,EL产率达到38.1 mol%。以果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖和菊糖为原料时,转化生成乙酰丙酸乙酯的产率分别为50.77mol%、39.55mol%、44.87mol%和43.95mol%。采用XRD、FT-IR、BET、NH3-TPD和TG-DTA等对催化剂进行表征。制备的固体酸催化剂重复使用四次仍可保持较好的催化活性。
Abstract:
Solid acid catalyst SO2- 4/ZrO2/USY was prepared by precipitation- dipping method. And the effects of different parameters on the conversion of cellulose to ethyl levulinate were also investigated. The results showed that 10% SO2- 4/ZrO2/USY presented the highest catalyst activity when calcined at 400 ℃ for 3 h, and the high yield (38.1 mol%) of EL was obtained at 200 ℃ for 3 h, with a catalyst dosage of 10 g/L.  EL yields of 50.77mol%、39.55mol%、44.87mol% and 43.95mol% could be obtained from frutose, glucose, surcose and inulin, repectively. The catalysts were characterized by XRD、FT-IR、BET、NH3-TPD and TG-DTA. The prepared solid acid catalyst could be recycled and reused four times with good catalytic activity.
